Applicability & contract formation

Availability

We endeavour to offer only products we expect to have in stock, but all items are subject to availability. Varieties that become unavailable will not be selectable on our website. If an item is unavailable at dispatch or is of unsuitable quality to send, we will issue a full refund for that item. You may also choose a similar variety of equal or greater value, or for us to send the item when available.

Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receipt. To cancel, contact Customer Care within 14 working days after receipt. You must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession and return them promptly at your cost. Packages must be unopened.

Delivery

• Seed orders are shipped within 1–3 working days of receipt.
• Delivery is by regular mail and usually takes 5–15 business days.
• Flat rate: €3.75 to all EU countries, regardless of order size.

Payment & vouchers

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and PayPal. Bank transfer available on request via email.
• We do not accept cheques.
• Refunds are payable only to the original purchaser.

Prices & errors

• Prices reflect our latest pricing and may change at any time. All prices include VAT where applicable.
• If a product has been priced inaccurately (including promotional activation errors), we are not obliged to supply at the inaccurate price. We will notify you of the correct price and ask you to confirm or decline your order for the affected items.
