GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Sow from July to October in Mediterranean and Temperate European climates for fresh harvests throughout autumn and into winter.

Choose a sunny position or light partial shade with fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds directly outdoors or in containers, keeping the soil consistently moist during germination. Succession sow every 2–3 weeks for a continuous supply of fresh leaves and roots.

Harvest lettuce, rocket and spinach as baby leaves or allow them to mature fully. Radishes are ready in as little as 3–5 weeks, while beetroot, Welsh onions, parsley and coriander can be harvested as needed over a longer period.

This collection is ideal for raised beds, vegetable gardens, containers and balcony planters, making it easy to enjoy fresh, homegrown organic salads throughout the cooler months.
